ROYAL MAIL STRIKES WILL AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES CAUSING SEVERE DELAYS

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY STRIKES - 23rd, 24th Dec, PLEASE TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT NOTHING WILL BE DELIVERED THESE DAYS.

Please allow extra time for your orders to arrive.

WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 23 - 28 DECEMBER. ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED ON 29/30 DECEMBER AND SHIPPED, AND LIKELY DELIVERED IN THE NEW YEAR.

We like to try and keep the delivery as simple as possible for our customers, and make things as clear as they possibly can be so there is no confusion.

Normal Delivery Timescales 

You may choose from 3 delivery options:

From placing your order the item will be delivered to you within the chosen timescale. Working days do not include weekends.

• Delivered in up to 4-6 Working Days - FREE
• Delivered in up to 2-4 Working Days -£3.49
• Next Working Day Delivery - £9.99

Please allow for a possible 1-2 day delay in the postal system during busy times of the year, strikes or during any lock downs as this will affect royal mail and courier working patterns. 

If order is placed after 12pm the first day is the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Sunday's and Bank Holidays are not classed as delivery days, as royal mail and couriers do not make deliveries on these days.

We have a next day delivery options - 

Next Day Delivery Order before 12pm to be delivered the following working day Monday to Friday. 

Please note not all products are available for Next Day Delivery - check the product description for info.

BOOKS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR SATURDAY DELIVERY

CADBURY CHOCOLATE GIFTS AND TOBLERONES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

If you are looking to receive your order the next day (Monday to Friday) then choose the Next Day Delivery. If your order is placed before 12pm, the order is guaranteed to be delivered the following day between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and throughout the weekend and the Next Day Delivery is chosen will be delivered on Tuesday between 8am - 6pm.

We are closed for Bank Holidays and no deliveries will be made on these days. If you placed an order on a Next Day Delivery during the Bank Holiday weekend, it will go into production on the Tuesday and be delivered on the Wednesday.

PLEASE NOTE: SOME ADDRESSES IN SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, AND UK NON-MAINLAND ADDRESSES ON THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY CAN TAKE 48 HOURS TO ARRIVE.

We use either Royal Mail or Couriers for all deliveries, please be aware that they do not make deliveries on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.
